Rooftop terrace open to the public. Despite the panoramic views and a sunny day not a single person was present. Below at street level and within a few dozen paces is a line out the door of a coffee shop with limited seating. Less savory addicts loiter the next block over.

The terrace is accessed via a back alley. Signs that direct the way walk a tight rope of being unhelpful as possible within the constraints of city ordinance.
