Public coordination of private construction in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco. Bulk and height regulations are used to preserve views and reduce negative externalities.

The coordination and planning requirements seems to have aligned the construction time frames of several buildings. The effects on responsiveness to the dis-equilibrium of supply and demand for housing and office space can be inferred.
